Currently, our main focus is to addresses within Australia, if you are from overseas, please email us at boutiquemanager2016@gmail.com with the item/s that you would like and inform us of your delivery address - we will investigate the most timely and cost-effective way to get it to you.

 

Domestically all purchases over $80 are sent free of charge, anything under $80 Will be sent with standard Australian Post for a Flat rate of $10. All parcels can be tracked within Australia, via the Australia Post website http://auspost.com.au/track/.

 

We are located very close to our local post office, we do our best to send your order on the same day as you place your order.

Deliveries are sent during normal business hours between Monday and Friday. Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will not be received by our shop for processing until the next business day.

You will be able to use the consignment number sent by Australia Post to track and trace your package. Delivery is between 5 to 14 business days after dispatch.

 

WHAT IF MY ORDER IS NOT WHAT I EXPECTED?

 

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your online order, for instance, the size was not correct or you don't like the color, you can return the articles in the parcel that you received from us or other packages that will prevent the clothes against damaging. The articles must be returned unworn, undamaged and with their labels attached (please note that sale purchases are final and cannot be returned).

As per the Terms & Conditions, items for a return/exchange must be returned within 7 days. Follow the instructions below, and please include your order and return to the address below. If you received free postage, the original postage cost will be taken out of your refund

  • Please note that we will not pay the return shipping cost for returns. If an exchange occurs we will cover the shipping costs our end. We will also assist you in organizing a suitable exchange/credit note.

EXCHANGES

We accept exchanges as we understand that not all brands offer a universal size code, so we offer either a credit note online/instore or direct exchange. If the exchange and credit note don't match up, the credit note can be used for 12 months from the date of issue.

 

MY GOODS ARE DAMAGED. WHAT CAN I DO?

We always do a quality check before the goods are despatched.  You should also inspect the goods as soon as you receive them for any defects or damage. Please note that we must be notified within 14 days of receipt if any items received are defective or damaged. So what should you do? Unfortunately, sometimes it happens - we at all times do our best to ensure that the website is 100% up to date, if in the event that something you have purchased has just  sold out - we will refund you immediately and send you a $10 gift voucher as a way of saying sorry - we will do our best to avoid this situation at all times but if there is a blackout or a technical malfunction this could happen.
