The neck has rows of shirring around the neckline and the ties with tassels that can be tied together to create a more modest round neck or open to create a flattering V neck.  The ¾ length sleeves provide coverage and practicality with the soft elastic allowing the sleeves to be pushed up for a different look.  The ricrac detail on the sleeves and hem provide interest.
