Another new addition to the Cienna Summer dress collection. This dress features a plunging V neck which crosses ever so slightly at a shirred empire line then falls gracefully into a slightly gathered skirt which is complete with a long frill at the hemline. This dress ties at the back with is cut into a square shape with the tie becoming the feature.
